Our company's preferred method of communication is email. We answer all emails latest within 24 hours (typically a few moments). If you are inquiring about an order please include your order id number.

We do not email customers with a follow-up shipping notfication. Since all orders ship on the same day, next day, or Monday w/o exception, a second email would too often raise a false concern of duplicate order.

Apologize to customers who want to place phone orders. All payments have to go through a fraud-screening real-time payment processor. They check in particular the location of your computer against your billing/shipping address.
